At the Baobab School for Trades and Traditional Arts we teach carpentry, cane and bamboo furniture making, kente weaving, batik, dress making, arts, beads making, organic farming and bicycle repairing. In 2008 we started to sell products from our school at our shop at the Baobab House in Cape Coast. In 2010 we also started to sell at trade fairs and african festivals in Germany. Through this we are able to generate money to pay the cost of teaching materials.
