You eat……. Baobab Vegetarian Moringa Restaurant The small Vegetarian Restaurant is the perfect place to rest during your visit in Cape Coast. It lies between the Castle and the Market amidst the busy town. Our patio, built in traditional style, has a nice view over the sea and the busy Commercial Street. Friendly students of our school learn catering, cooking and practice their English. Together with our cook Christie, the students prepare delicious healthy vegetarian meals, snacks and juices. Our dishes with fresh tofu, soy and wheat chunks or oyster mushrooms are the specialty of our restaurant. Vegetable Pies, Banana Cakes and Coconut Cakes are all made with whole-wheat flour. Fresh Pineapple-Moringa Juice, Bisap or Ginger Juice are a must if you visit the Baobab Vegetarian Moringa Restaurant. |

You support…….
The most important aspect of the Baobab House is the idea of sustainability of the Baobab School Project. Our Children can't pay school and feeding fees and all students stay during the week at our school centre. With this business house we want to try to earn money in Ghana to finance the running costs of the school and become more independent of sponsorship. |
